Forever21 Opening at Champlain Mall , Brossard
Another F21 in Quebec? Yes it's true. F21 will open its second Quebec store in Brossard on November 21th, 2009. And they'll be giving out 200 $21 worth coupons for the first 200 people in line + 10% off. Are you willing to wake up in the morning just to get your $21 bucks? I'll sleep instead =___=.

last time my friends got to the store an hour before opening but didn't get any gift cards. her friends also went, two hours before, and got nothing. my bf's friend went, and she got $10 while her friend got $100 LOL i'm gonna stay home thank you!
C'est crosse aha, they just want you to go there tsssss. This time it's equal $21 for everyone I think. They're so cheap hmmf.
