This style seems to be very popular in Korea as it creates a slouchy and chic look at the same time. You can recreate the same look with what you have in your closet as it's using basic items.
So how to get this style right:
1. You need an oversized knit/sweater
2. You add a mini skirt or anything that is form fitting because you want to create a contrast to the upper half.
3. Add tights and high heels or ankle boots
Voila, you have your Korean Chic Knit/Skirt Combo! There are endless ways of combinations but the most popular is to tuck part of your sweater inside the skirt to make it less shapeless. Key is to balance sexy and cute!

Shin Min Ah for Movie Week
Her legs look a mile long and so thin, is that possible? I like the color explosion of the shoots. When I look at other fashion blogs, fashion seems to be so limited now. As if everyone is going for the same look. Chunky high heels, shredded tank, short shorts and everything studded of course. Hmm just my opinion.

Rowky
Rowky is a korean online clothing store which I thought was Japanese first since the style doesn't ressemble korean style at all. What I like about it that the models look real and the clothes look real too and not like the perfect Zipia pictures where everything is pereft: Tall Skinny models with long legs, perfect lighting, everything fits and looks good just like straight from a fashion magazine. I find it so unreal sometimes.

Must go get myself a cropped jacket to look badass.
